Dear Students and Families

We’re pleased to say your 2021 exam certificates are available for you to collect from the school’s main reception, during usual school hours, from 13th to 16th December 2021.  If you are unable to collect during this window, please drop me an email (address below) to arrange an alternative time.  

Please make sure you bring some photographic ID with you when you come and please check that the details on your certificates are correct and you have all the certificates you were expecting to receive.  If someone will be coming to collect your certificates on your behalf, they will need to bring a signed letter of authorisation from you to allow us to release your certificates.  They will also need to bring their own photographic ID.  This applies to anyone, even a parent or guardian.  Please do not come into school if you are self-isolating, the school will keep hold of your certificates for 12 months.

Your certificates are important legal documents that you will need throughout the course of your career.  Employers, colleges and universities often insist on seeing original qualification certificates.  Please make every effort to collect your certificates and keep them safely.  Replacement certificates will cost you over £40 from each exam board.
