Non Uniform Day - Friday 16th November

Non Uniform Day - Friday 16th November

Thursday, November 8, 2018

Preston School will be supporting Children in Need by holding a Non-Uniform Day.

In a change to the way we have previously managed non uniform days all students choosing to wear non uniform on this day should bring a minimum contribution of £1.00 per student which will be collected during AM time/lesson one. There will also be a Cake sale at break and lunchtime.

Please remember that midriffs and cleavages should not be revealed, hats should not be worn in class and makeup should not be worn by pupils in Years 7 to 10 and should be discrete and natural looking for Year 11’s. Normal school rules will apply on the day as usual. As a health and safety issue we would also ask that excessive jewellery is not worn. Lessons will run as normal, sanctions will be taken for any pupil who fails to arrive in school with the incorrect books and equipment for the day’s lessons including PE kit.

We hope you agree that this is a worthwhile cause and will help us, as a school community, to raise a considerable amount of money to support children this worthy charity

Yours faithfully

Gregg Morrison

Principal
