Get Creative!
Some students in year 7 were asked as part of their artwork to take part in a lock down project –
Strange birds Strange times.
This is now open to all years as part of a House competition – Art and English.
Be inventive, be resourceful, be imaginative.
All entries must include a poem about a strange bird.
The poem can be inspired by an idea of a Strange bird in your head or by a poem about a strange bird you have drawn or made. Photos of your model or drawings be can be attached in support or your poem.

Winners will get a Dominos pizza delivered to you!

What a fine-looking bird,
In her top hat and purple frillies;
and she’s able to reaffirm
that the early bird taketh the worm –
but only if she sports yellow wellies!
